Laminated Suncatcher: Carnation

This mini origami tessellation has been laminated into a hexagon so it's ready to tape to a window or add a ribbon and hang on a Christmas tree right away.

The laminated area measures 5 inches (12.5 cm) from side to opposite side and the mini tessellation was folded from a thin white paper that backlights easily.

The Carnation pattern in this suncatcher brings a bit of summer to the gray winter months and makes a perfect gift for a loved one on their birthday, for a 1-year Paper Anniversary present, or other occasion.

The pattern can be viewed from either side and makes a very distinctive window decoration when seen from the outside at night.
