With a small cutting mat, a rotary cutter, and a quilting ruler you can cut a surprising number of shapes.
While this cutting mat is great for small spaces and cutting on the go, I would recommend a larger cutting mat (affiliate link) for increasing the ease of alignment and for cutting even larger papers.
